concept for this, IDs are the Work Group ID prefixed with 'w_'. For example: w_1234.
GUIDs, UUIDs or another integer prefixed by a NON-CONFLICTING prefix would be acceptable for other pool sources.
Job ID
A unique ID identifying a job/position being applied for. CareerHub and UniHub use their internal Job ID prefixed with 'j_'. For example: j_1234.
